Community of Practice for Student Partnership
Welcome to the Community of Practice for Student Partnership! We are excited to invite students and educators from both local and overseas institutions to join our community. Our goal is to cultivate a long-lasting culture of student involvement and participation in higher education. Please spend several minutes to fill in some basic information and read about our membership categories and decide how you would like to be involved.
Community Membership:
You are invited to join our Community and select from three distinct membership categories, each crafted to accommodate various levels of interest, expertise, and involvement in student partnership initiatives.
Partnership Advocates
: Comprising advocates and seasoned practitioners, members at this level possess a deep understanding of student partnership literature and frameworks. They have participated in numerous student partnership projects, employing a variety of methodologies to assess the effectiveness of these initiatives. They also mentor other members within the Community.
Apprentice Practitioners
: As innovators and enthusiastic learners, individuals in this level are eager to incorporate student partnership concepts into their teaching practices. They actively seek opportunities to learn and adapt, drawing on feedback and reflective practices. They also seek mentorship and inspiration to embed 'Students as Partners' principles within their educational settings.
Curious Observers
: These members, interested in the Students as Partners approach, engage with Community activities and resources to gain a better understanding of the impact and methodology behind student partnerships. They do so without the immediate intention of active participation.
